Last minute!
We are leaving to Chamonix in less then a week and I am starting to get that "last minute" feeling. One moment it feels like everything is good and that we are ready to leave, but the next it's chaos again and I'm wondering if we ever will get there.
Yesterday was a re-negotiation with one of our sponsors since there had been misunderstandings, the day before there was some kind of problem with the connection between our computer and the satellite modem and Monday was full of stress since there was a lot of activity among the Maoist rebels in Nepal making the situation even more instable then before.
Today an important question is if it's really possible to connect the satellite phone to the PDA. But I guess I will just laugh when I look back on this next year, or maybe already as I am sitting on the plane to Kathmandu, at least that is what I'm hoping... Keep your fingers crossed!
Anyways, it's raining in Chamonix so this will be a good day to sit in front of the computer.

Hi Tomas
My name is Billi and I am working with Miss Elizabeth Hawley. I was just wondering when you arrived in Kathmandu and in which hotel you are staying (and which trekking agency you are using) as I need to do the legendary interview with you.
Would be great if you could let me know.
Thank you so much
Billi
